“When you find your happiness, you come back to self.”
When we put everything else above our own happiness, things will start to fall apart. In today's episode, we talk to Kereta Symone about the importance of going back to center and coming back to self. She shares her journey from being deeply depressed to figuring out how to remove herself from that situation. If you're depressed or you think you are depressed, please reach out to someone who can help you.
Kereta Symone Merchant is an International Certified Success and Leadership Coach to help anyone living with unhappiness, with a great emphasis on the introvert. She seemed to be living a great life in the past, but she was deeply depressed and barely living at her core. On her 43rd birthday, she broke down crying and wanted nothing but just to be genuinely happy. In what was seemingly a moment of weakness, she saw her greatest strength because I walked away from everything that zapped her joy, including family, relationships, and her corporate job. I let it all go in faith that she could find peace and happiness, and that was when her life truly begun.
