Holding on to unforgiveness towards others and yourself will imprison you. You have probably done things in your life that people can hold against you as well. Just free yourself and let it go. It’s not healthy to hold on to bitterness and unforgiveness. I had many things done to me and because of what was done I made poor decisions in my life but now that I’ve let it go by forgiving my life has moved forward in a positive direction.
