Welcome to The Good Grief Podcast where I'll be talking to people who have taken their grief and turned it into something good, for themselves and the world around them.
I'll also be talking to people who are still grieving and need someone to talk to. Maybe they feel stuck or maybe they are thinking they are ready to move forward but don't know what that looks like. In the short time we'll have together, I will try to help them learn some steps to take to learn who they are and what they are meant to do.
