Setting a brand standard for your social media profiles will ensure customers recognize you across all platforms.

[00:00:13] Social media is no longer a nice to have as a part of an effective marketing strategy. Social media is a part of day-to-day business, and it's the first place a lot of customers look or even discover a business. Due to busy schedules, and sometimes team member changes social media profiles often fall out of sync with one another.
[00:00:30] What I mean by this is you'll see different profile photos, sometimes even older logos, different banner graphics, and different descriptions. Your post content can differ by platform as a part of an effective strategy, but your brand profile, your banner, and your description should be uniform across the board. This will also avoid confusion if you have a competitor with a similar name.
