[00:00:13] If you allow guest posts or blogs on your website, you want to do everything you can to ensure your guest author is legitimate. You want to check out their website, their previous articles, and everything you can get your hands on that they've published.
[00:00:26] You even want to go as far as to confirm the headshot that they provide actually belongs to them. A tool I like to use to ensure someone isn't trying to pass off stock imagery as their headshot or give you a copyrighted image is TinEye.com This site is crazy easy to use. You can upload an image, use their chrome extension, or you can even paste in a URL. TinEye will quickly scour the web and pull back matches for your image. This will ensure that you are not posting imagery that needs to be licensed on your website without permission. It's also one more way to confirm your guest author is being honest.
