And of course we have a guest, but customarily join me in a grounding exercise as we take a few deep breaths in and let go of all the tension and all the things that occur today that can be a distraction or cause us to feel heavy and weighty. Just let it go on the exhale. Take another deep breath in and breathe in all the light and the love that this world have to offer you and let go of everything that is not of light, that is not of love.

A:
[00:01:05 - 00:02:09]
Take another deep breath in and be grateful that you have this opportunity to tune into this podcast. And as you exhale, just relax and be present with us for the next couple of minutes. Thank you for your time and today. Our guest is Ashley Brothers, who is an acclaimed international life coach, an expert in shamanic healing and energy medicine. With her career commencing in 2004, she has absorbed wisdom from diverse cultures, unifying neuroscience with spiritual practices to assist individuals in overcoming challenges such as trauma and chronic illnesses.

A:
[00:02:10 - 00:02:29]
Ashley's transformative techniques have empowered hundreds in 33 countries through her inclusive healing sessions and workshops. Ashley, welcome to the podcast.

B:
[00:02:29 - 00:02:32]
Oh, thank you so much for having me. It's a pleasure.

A:
[00:02:33 - 00:03:05]
Thank you. Thank you for agreeing to be here. And as I was preparing for this podcast and I read your bio, I am impressed for a number of reasons. And I'll be. I'll ensure I try not to ask all the personal questions that I have and think about the audience and what they would want to hear from you.

A:
[00:03:06 - 00:03:17]
But I think for my first question, how did you get into this space of healing?

B:
[00:03:19 - 00:03:48]
Well, I've always been interested in the spiritual. I was one of those people that was born, I would call it born awake, meaning my first memory was of an event that happened before I was actually born. And I recall it as if it was yesterday. You know, my mother, she had been a diabetic, and she had passed out between this black chair and an ottoman. And we were waiting, my sister and I were waiting for Our dad to get Home.

B:
[00:03:49 - 00:04:31]
And so we just sort of were playing like these little colored blocks and LincOln logs, like just putting them around her body and just basically waiting for her to get home or him to get home. But I remember what she wore that day, the tv shows she watched, like literally everything she had done. And when I was retelling this story, I was probably a freshman in college at the time, and my mom was so startled, my dad ended up getting on the phone and asked, you know, what was GoinG on. And so I recalled the story to him and he said that my sister had not been fed or changed in 7 hours, but that she was happy and playing. And I said, what about me?

B:
[00:04:31 - 00:05:11]
He says, your mother was six months pregnant with you and she had fallen directly on her pregnant belly and had been that way probably 4 hours. So it never occurred to me that I was not like fully embodied at the time because it's StIll so fresh in my memory of the event or that my sister would be so happy because my little ghost self, whatever I was, the spirit self, would be playing with her. So I was born that way. Meaning like I remember being taken home from the hospital as a baby or being weighed as a baby. I remember watching spirits walk around my room as a child and having them touch me.

B:
[00:05:12 - 00:05:44]
And so I just sort of grew up really being interested in the spiritual path. And it wasn't until 2004, I was in my mid twenties when I just decided to go on my lunch break from a government office and go get a tarot card reading. And at the very end of the reading the lady asked me if I knew I could talk to the dead and she passed me the card of my very first teacher in that moment and then the rest is history. I just started learning from all these different teachers from that moment forward.

A:
[00:05:45 - 00:06:32]
Wow, what an interesting story, right? And as you rightfully said, that this path or this purpose that you're fulfilling was in it was even before you born. I have never heard, I know children would remember songs their parents sang to them while they were in the womb but to remember an incident that's, I will always have that, use that as an example as opposed to the saying, cause you know, that's really, really intriguing.

B:
[00:06:33 - 00:06:58]
Yeah. Like I said, until I was 1718 years old recalling the story I had absolutely zero idea that I had no body because I just remember the plane and like I said, I remembered what everybody was wearing and playing with the blocks and my parents confirmed it, you know, that everything happened that way. I just, I was the missing piece. I wasn't physically there.

A:
[00:07:00 - 00:07:15]
Amazing, amazing, amazing. While reading your bio, you have studied on the myriad of mentors around the world.

B:
[00:07:15 - 00:07:15]
Yeah.

A:
[00:07:15 - 00:07:28]
Is there an experience, a piece of wisdom from those travels and mentors that notably shaped your approach to healing?

B:
[00:07:29 - 00:08:12]
Yeah, I had a mentor that was of the Lakota path for twelve years before he passed away and he really deeply believed in me, you know, it wasn't so much about, you know, learning how to do a technique. It wasn't about soul retrieval or extraction or some sort of energy medicine whatsoever. His biggest thing was teaching me reverence, teaching me respect, teaching me to have a relationship with something that I couldn't even see. And so instead of charging me money or what have you, he just invited me down to his property, and he became my best friend, even though he was in his seventies, and I was in my twenties, you know, sixties, seventies, yeah. So I was in my twenties.

B:
[00:08:12 - 00:08:59]
And we would work together on the land. We would be chopping down whirlpools and bending them to make sweat lodges or chopping up wood or just spending so much time with physical labor. And while we were doing this together, we were laughing, talking, and he was teaching me. And so, I mean, he even gave me a block of wood and a block of stone and said, sleep on this for a year and ask what its vision is, how it wants to be carved. And he taught me that literally everything in existence had some sort of consciousness, some sort of intelligence that you could connect to communicate with, interact with, well, for information, power, protection, healing, that type of thing.

B:
[00:08:59 - 00:09:38]
But it was up to us not to just beg something in the sky for what we wanted. It would be to, like, ask a question and then listen. And so one of the traditions was to be in an eight by eight square, up to four days and four nights, just basically vision quest. And so you'd sit there, you know, listening to see if the universe would say something to you basically in your head or show up in the sign of an animal or something to that effect. But he really wanted us to build a relationship that wasn't just about greed or begging or what have you.

B:
[00:09:38 - 00:10:07]
It was just like this deep, loving, respectful, reciprocal relationship with the universe. So whether that means giving gifts or offerings like tobacco or. Or lighting candles or doing something, it was really truly about that reverence and that relationship. And that was something very different than a lot of my teachers. And so that wisdom saved my life.

A:
[00:10:10 - 00:10:10]
Hope.

B:
[00:10:10 - 00:10:13]
So what was that?

A:
[00:10:14 - 00:10:16]
How? How did it save you?

B:
[00:10:17 - 00:10:53]
So when I was doing the work, one of the things they had us do was to call upon spirit guides and ask for a being or multiple beings to come forward that would help us in our life. And I was about one year into my training when I had a surgery where the doctor left a sponge in my abdomen. But I did not know it at the time. I just know that I didn't feel well. And this spirit guide came up to me and told me that I had something left inside of me and that it would be lethal.

B:
[00:10:53 - 00:11:19]
If I left it there. And so I scheduled an appointment with the doctor, even though I didn't really know anything going on. And it took a while for me to get in, maybe a couple months. But by that time, I started to feel a lump forming in my abdomen. And when I went in, they tried to make me go away, said it was probably overweight or constipated or something like that.

B:
[00:11:19 - 00:11:42]
And I refused to leave without the script for an ultrasound. And they did that. And then they rushed me in for an MRI because they found something but wouldn't tell me what it was. And my guide said, don't go back to the original doctor that had done the surgery, because she will lie. She will cover up whatever had been done.

B:
[00:11:42 - 00:12:22]
So I go to a different doctor, and they do a surgery where they found two grapefruit sized masses, and one contained a forgotten wad of gauze. And all of my organs had fused together, so they had to surgically separate everything after they removed the abscesses. And then about eight months after that, I ended up having to have my entire reproductive system removed. And then eight months later, I collapsed in the shower with chest pain and shortness of breath. And the doctors tried to convince me that I was crazy, that it was all in my head.

B:
[00:12:22 - 00:12:47]
But again, this guide kept saying, no, you have something really bad happening to you. And even though the doctor said my test results were normal, my guide said, go ahead and order those. So I did. And I found I had a rare inflammatory condition that had eaten through my arteries and my aorta in my chest. And then I found several other things, like ten other things that were wrong that they tried to cover up or lie about.

B:
[00:12:48 - 00:13:27]
And so this bean came through, and he kept, you know, giving me advice of, like, what to do to reduce the inflammation in my body. But about 40 doctors refused me care in three different states because I was in the middle of a medical lawsuit. And so he would breathe into my chest for me, helped me get up the stairs, because I had lost about 90% of the blood to my left arm and most of it to my legs. And sometimes I would have seizures or strokes while driving on the freeway. And so these guys would come in and protect me.

B:
[00:13:27 - 00:13:53]
And they finally led me to the doctor that was willing to put synthetic tubes in my chest to give me blood to both my legs, my left arm, and my brain. And also they taught me how to turn off the terminal disease, the seizures and the strokes, by changing my diet. So these guys were just pretty much with me all day, every day. Helping me survive. And then they went on to help my clients.

A:
[00:13:54 - 00:13:58]
So I have a question. Thank you for sharing that.

B:
[00:13:58 - 00:14:00]
Sorry. So long winded.

A:
[00:14:00 - 00:14:22]
It's okay. It's okay. Thank you for sharing that. How do you connect with your guides and you are aware that they are speaking to you? How did you.

A:
[00:14:23 - 00:14:27]
I'm sorry. How did you develop that relationship and connection?

B:
[00:14:28 - 00:15:00]
So when I was little, I first would always see things, you know, like, I would be hanging on the edge of my crib watching what I call the gray people walk around the. They're just basically shadow beings that would touch me. So I always, always had this sense, like, I could see. And I also had premonitions, but I wasn't able to call upon it at will until I started my training. And the shamanic path, they use things like drums or rattles or singing or dancing to put your brainwave frequencies into alpha theta.

B:
[00:15:00 - 00:15:49]
So alpha thetas are like meditative states, like that super relaxed state if you're meditating and from those slower brainwave frequencies, you can ask yourself a question. And because I had this real wild imagination to begin with, I would just say, okay, somebody show up for me, a very benevolent, transcended being that is willing to not only help me stay alive, but also help my clients. And so the very first thing that I did was I imagined a place in nature that I already knew existed, and I asked for a benevolent being to meet me there in my mind's eye. And he just showed up out of the woods. This place I had done Sundance one year.

B:
[00:15:49 - 00:16:07]
He just showed up. It was almost like, he was like, oh, but, I mean, he volunteered, but I was so insecure at the time. It was sort of like a grandfather. He was like, oh, this is what I have to work with. But, yeah.

B:
[00:16:07 - 00:16:33]
So a person would get themselves into a relaxed, meditative state. It's probably best for them to envision a place they know actually exists and then to ask for a benevolent being to come and meet them there. And sometimes people will have good visuals. They may see something like a being of light. They may see something that looks like something they recognize.

B:
[00:16:33 - 00:17:22]
Meaning, if they have an affinity for angels or an affinity for, like, native american spirits or whatever your belief system is, they're gonna show up in a way that you'll accept. Some people may just see an orb of light or a color. Others may see animals because they trust animals more than humanoid type beings, and others just get sensations in their body. There's, like, about 10% of people that don't see inside their head, they just may get some other impression, like a feeling or sensation in their body or just a knowing, like a download that seems like a thought inside their head with their own voice. People sometimes will get information through automatic writing.

B:
[00:17:22 - 00:17:47]
Like they will write an open end question and just whatever comes to mind is the answer. And they may have to clear out their filter first because there might be some nagging part of their brain that goes, this is stupid, I don't believe this. But then eventually, once the filter is clear, some good information will come through. But just, it's practice. And the more I did it, the better I got.

B:
[00:17:47 - 00:17:58]
Like the first five years, I kind of sucked at it, but the more time that went by and the more I trusted it, the more information I got. So just practice.

A:
[00:17:58 - 00:18:02]
So practice is important, but yeah, practice.

B:
[00:18:02 - 00:18:23]
And getting yourself into relaxed state, like when you first started this podcast, you got everybody to breathe. That's a perfect way to get yourself into a relaxed state. Some people will put on some nice music or drum or rattle or whatever it is to calm their brain down, but yeah, just breathing even.

A:
[00:18:23 - 00:18:38]
Okay, thank you so much. Thank you for sharing that. In your travels to 33 countries, can you share one or two success stories?

B:
[00:18:39 - 00:19:23]
So a lot of my clients that are in those other countries, I didn't physically go, I work with them through Zoom and so, but I have gone to other countries success stories. I've had people with the long term effects of abuse or trauma where people have been, oh, gosh, I had a gentleman who tried to set himself on fire, and he was very suicidal. And so he was heavily medicated how to live with his parents, and just didn't know how to cope with life. He had to quit school, quit working, what have you, and he contacted me two months later after the healing. He said, you're right.

B:
[00:19:23 - 00:19:54]
It took a little bit, but I finally got my life back. He's like, I was able to go back to school, get my own apartment again, and to move on with my life because I finally feel like myself again. It was almost like he had gone through something and he felt fractured. He felt disconnected from himself, which often happens when people go through some sort of abuse, trauma or neglect. They just don't feel like themselves anymore, and it can make them feel kind of crazy.

B:
[00:19:54 - 00:20:25]
So he's one. One of, yeah, a lot, but. Or people having reversals of very significant conditions, just like mine. Oftentimes when we go through these traumatic situations, it creates dysregulation and inflammation in the body long term. But if you can put that person back into this relaxed state with enough intensity or repetition, oftentimes the body can just spontaneously heal itself.

B:
[00:20:25 - 00:20:42]
And so some people may need multiple sessions. Other people, they just need one, you know? But, yeah, just getting the body to reset itself out of fight, flight, or freeze can be a huge gain for a lot of people.

A:
[00:20:43 - 00:20:51]
So are most of your clients seeking healing from traumas?

B:
[00:20:52 - 00:21:22]
Yeah, so a lot of my clients are either doctors, therapists, or their patients. It just sort of, I think because I have a history of trauma, and that's what I'm known for, is healing my own self. That that's how people found me. It's sort of like the buzzword that got put onto, like, either social media or somebody else's podcast or whatever. So, yeah, most people come to me not just because they're seeking, although I do have those, too.

B:
[00:21:22 - 00:21:41]
But most people have some sort of either depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, or some sort of chronic illness that western medicine has not been able to help them with. So, like, I've tried everything. Somebody help me.

A:
[00:21:43 - 00:21:47]
What are the benefits of energy medicine?

B:
[00:21:48 - 00:22:06]
Well, it can calm a person down. It can relax them. If a person's stuck in some sort of low level fight, flight, or freeze, they may have all sorts of symptoms. They may have chronic pain or tension in their body, some sort of chronic inflammation that just never goes away. No matter what type of medications they have.

B:
[00:22:07 - 00:23:04]
They may have depression, where they feel super low. So energy medicine can bring back life force and vitality and emotional stability. Other people are super anxious, and so it can really calm them down and make them feel regulated for the first time in a long time. Those people who have PTSD symptoms, post traumatic stress disorder symptoms, they may stop having this emotional connection with their past, and they will often feel like they're having a life review without the emotion, meaning any emotion that they had with somebody that hurt them, scared them, angered them, it becomes neutralized, so they're able to move forward from the present onward, rather than constantly referencing the past. Some people, they're finally allowed themselves to have love.

B:
[00:23:04 - 00:24:25]
If they had been hurt or betrayed in the past, they may have shut themselves down and made some sort of belief system like, I'll never have love, or love is scary or bad or dangerous, and so they'll make some sort of declaration that ends up playing out like a self imposed curse or self fulfilling prophecy. But if you can stop those patterns that are going on within them, oftentimes they're released from that or even released from generations, generational patterns or curses or problems like oftentimes, people will have stuff that's passed down through their DNA up to eight generations deep. And so depending on where my clients live in the world, they may be processing something from, like, Auschwitz, Germany, like, you know, what happened with the jewish individuals, or if somebody who had been a slave or somebody had had some other trauma, like, as an immigrant to this country, sometimes it's not even theirs that they're processing. It's come down through their DNA. And to be able to release that and heal their ancestors and move forward with their own life, a lot of people just feel, like, this sense of freedom, a sense of confidence that they didn't have before, a relief of all sorts of symptoms.

B:
[00:24:25 - 00:24:32]
So there's just so many different things when. When a person has this, it's almost like they just feel whole again.

A:
[00:24:33 - 00:24:45]
Thank you for that. And as you're speaking, let's say someone is listening, and they don't know what energy medicine is. Can you give us an example?

B:
[00:24:45 - 00:25:08]
Sure. So, energy is like vibration, if you think about it. So, like, I don't know if you've ever heard of the Heartmath Institute, but they have been studying the heart since 1991. They found that your heart has, like, a little bundle of neurons, like 44,000 neurons. That generates the largest electromagnetic field in your body.

B:
[00:25:08 - 00:25:36]
It's 40 to 60 times stronger than your brain. And so that that field not only will change your brain, but will change somebody else's. And so it's like a frequency. It's a vibration that's going on that we will interpret, usually as something like your emotional state. That is like a frequency, a vibration that will change what you think, how you feel, what you say, what you do.

B:
[00:25:36 - 00:26:38]
And a lot of people know what they need to do, but they can't do it because they feel the opposite. So if you change how somebody feels to these alpha theta frequencies, those relaxed, meditative states, either through using your hands, through using sound, through using crystals, when they are an energy medicine practitioner, is basically changing the frequency, the vibration, of the individual, back to neutral or better, so their mind or body or soul can heal itself. Like, sometimes they will assist by removing lower vibrational energies or entities that are affecting how they feel, or they're restoring some sort of energy that they lost as a result of their life's experiences. So it's sort of like there's a form of balancing their energy to, like, a neutral or better frequency. But there's also, again, this removal of something and restoration.

B:
[00:26:39 - 00:26:57]
So a person may go, this is where I'm at now, and this is where I want to be. And the practitioner needs to figure out what they need to remove or restore to get that person to be more in alignment with the version of themselves that they want to become, rather than who they've been, if that makes any sense.

A:
[00:26:58 - 00:27:18]
Wow, that's powerful. And it's powerful to listen, and it's the perfect segue into my next question that I wanted to ask, but I'm going to rephrase it that for someone to raise their vibration, do they need a practitioner?

B:
[00:27:19 - 00:27:55]
No. So, like, when you first started out this podcast, you had people breathe. When people are super stressed out, you know, like they had a stressful day at work, or somebody cut them off in traffic, or they just had a stressful life. In general, they're going to be in higher brain wave frequencies, like beta. But when you get a person to breathe like that, like heart focused breathing, where they just notice the air going in and the air going out, that's what stops the adrenaline cortisol, and puts that person back in homeostasis, where the body can heal itself.

B:
[00:27:55 - 00:28:55]
If they want to pair that breathing with gratitude or appreciation, they may produce things like serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, dhea, all the things that we associate with happiness and joy. Even doing like superhero pose, where you stand with your hands on your hips and your sternum is tipped back and so is your head. You hold that superhero pose for two minutes straight, and you produce 25% more testosterone, serotonin, dopamine, just to dose yourself. So a person can raise their vibration again through breath, work through posture, they can through their diet. Even if you have low vibrational foods, like a lot of trans fats or certain things like that, your vibration will lower because you're taking in things that the body doesn't know how to process very well.

B:
[00:28:55 - 00:29:54]
Another thing is, like, what you say to yourself if you have negative thoughts or you say negative things out loud about yourself or about other people, that's also going to drop you down. And a lot of people, when they're stressed out, they focus on the negative or worst case scenarios. And so instead of redirecting their attention to something more positive, they may often spend several minutes, sometimes hours or days, you know, dosing themselves with negative emotions. So people have to redirect their attention or their emotion or their speech away from the negative and focus on more positive things. And I don't mean toxic positivity, where you ignore red flags or you pretend somebody's nice, even when they're not but truly to, um, find focus on solutions and best case scenarios rather than negativity and worst case scenarios.

B:
[00:29:54 - 00:30:21]
But the last thing, too, it really. That's important for vibration. They could be singing, they could be humming, they could be dancing to, like, really bring up their vibration. But power of proximity. If you have a high vibrational person around a lower vibrational person, and this lower vibrational person mean they're negative, they're mean, they're what have you.

B:
[00:30:21 - 00:30:44]
If their energy is dominant, that higher vibrational person is going to lower by a minimum of 30%. In mood, energy, and performance, please. Because of mirror neurons, and so, because we have these. These. These brain cells within us that will mirror other people.

B:
[00:30:45 - 00:31:01]
If that person's crying, you may cry. You know, we call it empathy, like being an empath. If they're angry, you might suddenly feel, like, really angry or ticked off. If they're really depressed, you may suddenly feel drained or depressed. Or if they're happy, you feel happy.

B:
[00:31:01 - 00:31:40]
So, mirror neurons, whatever fires together, wires together. So, if you're around negative people who are gossiping or being rude or mean or really downplaying your dreams or trying to talk you out of it, they will change you, they will rewire you. And so it's best to be around people that are doing the things that you want to do, or sort of like, if you want to be an athlete, be around athletes. If you want to be a singer, be around singers, be around the people that are doing what you want to do, rather than the people they're saying. You'll never do it.

B:
[00:31:40 - 00:31:52]
You'll never amount to anything, what have you. Because over time, we just start to sync up with those people, for better or worse. And if you're around negative people, they will bring you down.

A:
[00:31:54 - 00:32:16]
Wow, that. That was powerful. And I I'm going to ensure that I create a reel around that part of the podcast, because I know a lot of people that need to hear that. And you. You said something.

A:
[00:32:16 - 00:32:22]
What? Not the mirror neurons. You made a comparison.

B:
[00:32:22 - 00:32:23]
What?

A:
[00:32:23 - 00:32:26]
Don't. I don't remember.

B:
[00:32:27 - 00:32:38]
So, there's a power proximity, but it's like, if you have a higher vibrational person around a lower vibrational person, they will sync up like metronomes. Hmm.

A:
[00:32:39 - 00:32:55]
But you said something unique and catchy. What don't. Something. I don't remember it. I should have written it, but I'll get it when I review it.

A:
[00:32:56 - 00:33:24]
But that was really, really powerful, because oftentimes, we may be the person that is high vibration and think that we can change environments. So we will put ourselves in environments that are not on. On par with us. Yes, it affects us.

B:
[00:33:24 - 00:33:51]
Whatever is dominant will, will eclipse the other person. And so if the negative energy is more dominant, then this other person, the higher vibrational person, will. Well, well, whoever's dominant, the higher vibrational person is dominant, then they, the other person will raise up. But a lot of people, if they have gotten into the. The habit of people pleasing, they may get used up a lot.

B:
[00:33:51 - 00:34:21]
You know, this is where we have to learn to set healthy boundaries. And it's okay to say no to people. You may not be popular, and you may feel like you're bad at first because you're so used to. Not you, but a person may be so used to, like, sourcing their truth, their validation, or their worth or value from what anybody else thinks or says about them. But if you're trying to people please somebody like that, you're never going to be feel like yourself because you're going to be syncing up with this other person.

B:
[00:34:21 - 00:34:49]
You're going to lose yourself. So, yeah, if a person feels like they cannot be the dominant energy, and I don't mean dominant meaning like, you overpower somebody. But if you really can't maintain your center, regardless of who is or isn't in your presence, then perhaps limit your time around negative people. It's just not worth it. It will make a person sick over time.

B:
[00:34:51 - 00:35:10]
So choose your friends wisely. Choose your family that you hang out with. Also, mental diet, what you're consuming through what you're reading, what you're watching, what you're listening to. If people are listening to death metal and things like that, it's eventually going to change. Change their cells.

B:
[00:35:10 - 00:35:34]
Like, if you think about it, they've done studies where they will take cells in petri dishes and put them in different environments and they will grow different tissues. You know, they put plants in, like, middle schools and they'll say, bully this plant and it will die. Or say nice things to this other plant and it will grow. Because words have power. Emotions have power.

B:
[00:35:34 - 00:35:51]
So just be really careful what you listen to, whether it be the news or social media, if you feel yourself getting drained or angry or whatever, change your. What you're putting your attention and focus on. Because where tension goes, energy flows.

A:
[00:35:53 - 00:36:12]
Where attention goes, energy flows. Do you have any upcoming workshops or anything that our listeners can participate in?

B:
[00:36:12 - 00:36:51]
So right now I teach one on one. So if a person wanted to learn different energy medicine techniques or even how to develop their psychic skills, I have a list of different classes on my website right now that I'm teaching people individually based on their schedule. I also do readings and healings for people in person or long distance. But I've also started a podcast called Soul Deep on Gnostic tv. So I will be sharing not only what I learned in my spiritual walk in these videos, it's free access right now.

B:
[00:36:51 - 00:37:17]
And so if people want that, they can just look for the Soul Deep podcast on Gnostic TV. And I will also be interviewing people from other traditions. Some of them are like the Sansa African caribbean tradition. One is from the Andes, like the peruvian traditions. So I'm going to be interviewing people with different skill sets from their point of view.

B:
[00:37:17 - 00:37:19]
So it's not just me talking.

A:
[00:37:20 - 00:37:26]
Okay, where can our listeners find you?

B:
[00:37:26 - 00:37:46]
So they can go to my website, which is www.bonesofthearth.org. they can also find me on Facebook. Just type in Ashley Brothers Facebook or gnostic tv. Look up Ashley Brothers or Soul Deep podcast.

A:
[00:37:47 - 00:38:22]
I will, and that will also be in the show notes of the podcast. Ashley, I want to thank you for your time and your wisdom and insight and for sharing your journey of healing with us. I mean, the time was not enough because I have so many other questions, but thank you. And I want to thank our listeners for tuning in once again to the transforming lives panel podcast. See you next.
