Introductions and background @ 0:00

Mitzy, Sharmin, and Sophia introduce themselves and provide background on their careers and work. Mitzy is a real estate and insurance broker who has done charitable work, Sharmin runs a nonprofit called Eagles Empower to Help that supports women overcoming trauma, and Sophia is a mental health therapist who has worked with trafficking survivors and written books on coincidences and after-death communication.

Sophia's career transitions @ 5:38

Sophia describes her journey from architecture to fashion design to mental health counseling, explaining how each career change was driven by a desire to find more meaning and purpose in her work. She discusses how her experiences with clients struggling with low self-esteem led her to develop a program called "Living a Fearless Life" to help empower at-risk women.

Sophia's books and research on coincidences @ 16:19

Sophia discusses her two books, "The Divine Language of Coincidence" and "Consciousness Beyond Death." She explains how her own experiences with miracles and synchronicities inspired her to write the first book, and how she has collaborated with scientists studying coincidences and after-death communication. She shares several personal stories illustrating the "divine timing" and meaning she has found in coincidences.

The role of intuition and gratitude @ 47:34

Sophia emphasizes the importance of trusting one's intuition and taking action on the "nudges" or signs one receives, as well as the power of gratitude in her life. She discusses how she has learned to let go of her own will at times and be open to the guidance of a "divine intelligence" that has led her to unexpected but deeply fulfilling outcomes.

Closing reflections @ 58:20

Sophia concludes by encouraging the listeners to be open to the possibility of extraordinary things happening in their own lives, and to develop their own "divine language of coincidence" through their unique life experiences and spiritual perspectives.

Welcome to the Transforming Lives panel podcast.

I'm one of you whole Sharmin and Mitzy's here with me and we have a guest.

But customarily before we start, just join me in a brief breathing, grounding exercise so that we can be centered and be in one accord as we continue the podcast.

Let go of the tensions, the stress, the things that didn't go well during the day. Just take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In and out, letting go of the stress of the day. Letting go of the tension. Letting go of all the things that needs to be done, just breathe in and out, in and out and let's just be present for the next 30 to 45 minutes and as you breathe in and out again just join me in the room and thank you for taking the time to breathe with us and today we have a special guest, Sofia Dimas and Sofia is a woman of remarkable versatility and depth having navigated three distinctly different careers over the course of her life for a decade she immersed herself into the world

of architecture. Working alongside the eminent futurists and environmentalists are Buckminster Fuller. Following this, she channeled her creative energies into the fashion industry, running her own couture fashion business.

Her journey took a profound turn as she became a mental health therapist and she currently serves as the in-house counselor of a residence for X-traffic women.

Sophia, it's such an honor and a privilege to have you on the podcast. Is there anything else you would like to add other than being an author to that introduction or bio?

@5:00 - Sophia_MacBook

Thank you for that introduction. Thank you. It is my privilege to be here.

@5:08 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

So, question. How were those transitions from being in architecture? know architecture and fashion, I can go hand in glove.

But how has those transition occurred? were the driving force of the change of careers?

@5:34 - Sophia_MacBook

It truly has been a journey. It's been a process. So, when I was in architecture school, all I wanted to do was design the beautiful building.

And then my first job out of architecture school was working with Mr. Fuller. That's what brought me to Philadelphia, which was what I consider a miracle because he had been my idol.

and a series of events that were just so fortuitous that brought me to have a correspondence with him and then he offered me a job right after school.

And he was nothing about beauty, okay? He was about solving the world's shelter issues and doing more with less and economizing in materials.

so I had a change of, you know, I got challenged by this. So then my last stint in architecture was designing biotechnology laboratories.

Well, you can't get further from beauty than that. And finally that that drove me. What I did is I took a leave of absence and I met this woman who was opening this store that was renting out evening clothes, designer

evening clothes. So we opened the store together. And then that lasted for four years. And then I started my business because I knew how to sew really well, but also the design element.

I had designed a lot of my clothes. then so I thought, oh, I'm gonna, you know, design these beautiful dresses for these beautiful women.

Well, that got old fast, because, you know, you could put a sack on a beautiful woman and she's still beautiful, you know.

But I got challenged by the problem figure. Okay. So, so I had two wonderful assistants. And what we did is we produced 30 magnificent luxurious evening gowns for maternity, maternity gowns.

And so these women could feel really , know, but they didn't have to keep it. So we rented them out.

And that was kind of what put me... and the national thing, know the national map. And then, so then I noticed, okay, I noticed that some of my gorgeous, filthy rich clients were absolutely miserable.

And then I had these like large women who just had nothing but exuding confidence. I thought what is wrong with this picture, you know.

And what ended up happening is what I figured out was the, the issue was low self-esteem. And I thought, you know what, you could, you could get dressed up all you want, you know, but if you don't have your self-esteem, it's a problem, you know.

So I went back to school and graduated with my master's in counseling psychology when I was 50. So then I designed this program.

It's a 12 workshop program called Living a Fearless Life. And that was piloted in the Philadelphia prison system. And the commissioner of prisons just loved it.

But the board would not give me any money. The board was comprised of 32 men and two women. And because it wasn't studied, yet the administrator said, their behavior has changed in a very short period of time.

So I started doing it for different groups of at-risk women. So now my employer is Salvation Army. it's another world that many people don't see.

And it's a whirlpool of trauma. And, but I've had some successes. So if you can help one person turn the page like that, I mean there's no amount of money that would give me a finer reward.

So that's kind of the process.

@10:14 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Thank you. Thank you for sharing that. is it is it is unique and quite interesting where you are now and your journey or your career led you into counseling psychology and managing or helping women to manage their mental health.

What were some of the things that surprised you in that space in the mental health space or what you saw with women?

@10:53 - Sophia_MacBook

Well what osme every day is how traumatic experience can literally physically change your brain and I mean I have worked with schizophrenics before but they've all been medicated.

mean no one is mandated to go to a psychiatrist or you know take their meds and so literally I there are times when I go so how are the voices today Kathy you know so it's that surprises me and also what it does like I always said thank you every day but since I've been working here I'm obligated to help these women because why did I have loving parents and such a cheery childhood you know and to to hear that this woman's mother

or trafficked her when she was just 10 years old? mean, okay, so I am now obligated. I feel obligated to help these women.

@12:14 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

Yeah, it is so true what you said that, you know, the effects of trauma and when, you know, a child is continually traumatized, the ramifications as they go through their life and are trying to deal with things.

as you say, even if they sometimes get to where they want to go, they still have that insecurity or they may still have that insecurity.

It may be holding them back. It's like that their own imposed glass ceiling, so to speak, they've, you know, of whatever that particular trauma may be, what have been some of the tools and things that you have found that have been really helpful in helping

helping people break through and regain their confidence?

@13:07 - Sophia_MacBook

Well, this is a very simple tool, but the effects are pretty remarkable, and that's the tapping and sort of sort of redirecting the energy, know.

I would say, well, I found that something that has to be worked out here is trust because, you know, they have every reason not to want to trust anyone because of their experience, you know.

So it's getting them to trust, and they see that, you know, if I have this one woman who I've helped, that gives them sort of like, sort of the

motivation to, you know, because it takes them a long time to come see me. know, because of that. It's like, in fact, this was absolutely remarkable.

But one of the women said, I am so glad you call yourself a counselor and not a therapist. And I thought, why?

I mean, what is the difference? And she says, well, you know, if you break up the worker into therapists, it's the .

And I'm like, oh my God, never, never. So it's, and you know, I, you know, have them read to me.

And it's very interesting what they select to read to me. We do done the pro I do the program twice a year with them because it's it's a kind of a transient group, you know.

So, and also what I, what we do to work together is instead of internalizing the trauma, mean the trauma, it's in the muscle tissue.

It's in the muscle tissue. mean, you know, there's energy healers that can work through this. And so what I try to do is to be, to let them know that they are able, that they are capable of looking at their trauma as if they're watching a movie.

And that seems to, you know, they want to do that.

@15:55 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

I'm happy that Mitzi asked about the confidence because that leads me into your book. the divine language of confidence.

Can you tell us how that book came about? What was the motivation and the inspiration behind the book? The title is captivating, so I am excited to hear.

@16:19 - Sophia_MacBook

Okay, well you actually blended the titles of my two books kind of together. So the first book is the Divine Language of Coincidence.

And then the second one is Consciousness Beyond Death. So, well what happened, I experienced many miracles starting at the age of 19.

And what my definition of a miracle is getting exactly what you needed just the right time. Okay, so the first thing that happened is I was 19 and I was

I going through this existential angst. I'm probably like a lot of 19 year olds, you know, and there were two issues that I considered to be unsolvable.

I mean, I just, I didn't know how to, how to iron them out. And I thought like I was doomed.

And within two months, you know, actually it was a three, about three months. I had a dream and I met a man and somehow this man was able to help me through the threshold.

Okay, so basically the dream, I'm just gonna make it into like a couple of sentences. I'm wearing a bridal dress on a stage and

There's no groom because I really didn't like the idea of marriage, you know, so there's no groom, but I'm in a plexiglass box and There's all these people here to see me and I'm just you know going on and on about I'm thinking oh it's so wonderful these people are here and then other things happen and then Then I'm in a room a hall and All the guests I guess are filing like it's a reception line and But some of them would not would just walk without looking at me Some would just turn their heads and some would only two people actually smiled it was my best friend and a family friend and So I'm like kind of anxious like okay, what are they gonna which what's this one gonna do and And then I look down and I'm wearing the white the wedding dress

but I'm in a coffin and I just let that for sure what that you know pretended was my imminent death like oh is it gonna be a truck that's gonna hit me you know what so this man told me that what this meant he knew my issues he said what what this means it has nothing to do with physical death he said what it means is that what's what's dead is what's no longer serving him so and that and so the new will come in supplant what is no longer serving you dead dead death and it was transforming I was transformed I was brought into womanhood I was and that just didn't it was not lost on me

how these two issues just like that are gone and I started paying attention and more things happened and and then people I tell people and they would go oh you know these things only happen to you but I knew that that wasn't true because I'm not special you know I'm you know like a saint or a guru or anything like that and and then 2000 oh a medium told me I was gonna write a book and how I got with her all this is in the book just it was like a choreographer was designing my life and I was just dancing along you know and so she told me that I was gonna write a book and I mean to me that was very unappealing to me and I said to her I'm sorry I said you know that's not in the cards because she was like world famous and how I

got to hers. It wasn't my will, you know, but that's what happened. And I said, number one, I have nothing to say.

And number two, I said, I'm not a people person. I'm not going to sequester myself and write a book.

And she said, word for word, she said, spirit says, when she's ready, there are many spirits here to help her and many hands on earth.

And that's exactly how it went in.

@21:31 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Wow.

@21:32 - Sophia_MacBook

So what happened in 2011, I was reconnecting with a high school friend, and I told her my latest miracle.

And she says, oh, Sophia, these things only happen to you. And this time something clicked. And I thought, wait a second.

I mean, everyone has a miracle story, coincidence story, know, a sign from the other side. But my whole life has been this way, why did I have so many miracles?

And so just I'm going to fall back a little bit and sort of give an explanation of what I consider to be a coincidence versus a miracle.

So a coincidence can be, you know, like the other day, I was writing the word trajectory. Okay, I mean, a lot of people use that word, but it's not like at the tip of everybody's tongue.

And just at the instant that I'm writing trajectory, somebody on TV said the word at exactly the same minute.

And I'm like, Oh, wow, but there was no meaning to it. You know, like, I mean, if I was wanted to be creative, I could dream up some meaning, but it was.

really not very meaningful. But if the, and, and when these coincidence happened that are bigger than me, like, I mean, I can't help myself but take action.

And that's what I realized was the key. If I just said, Oh, my God, that's such a coincidence and let it go, it just remains a coincidence.

But if you take action, I mean, I can't, it's just remarkable what has come my way. And if I hadn't taken the action I took, the miracle would not have come to me.

So that's, that's basically how so I decided that. So that's when when I, because I listed all what I considered were my coincidences and the miracles.

And it seems that if I would not have had the miracle had I not taken action. then I was also asked a very interesting thought provoking question, know, why so many miracles?

And I am going to credit my mother because my mother was a very, very religious person, but also one who extruded her spirituality came from her religion.

mean, it wasn't like she's just doing the moves, you know. I mean, she she prayed every morning, every night, but never pushed it on me.

But as a toddler, so Greek is my first language. And so any word could be made into the diminutive like, you know, like the glass.

then you can turn it into the little glass. So she would talk to me about Jesus as the little Jesus and the little Virgin Mary.

So she would say, now if you want anything, you just ask little Jesus because he loves children and you just ask for whatever you want.

And then she'd say, if you're scared and you need protection, just ask the little Virgin Mary. So what she did is she framed these figures as my friends that I can relate, that I can have a communicate with.

from being tiny, tiny, tiny, conversing with unseen beings seemed very natural. So I believe that that is part of the mix.

@25:56 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

You brought up a really good point, is that, and it's true, I think for so many things in life, it's that taking action piece and so often, mean, we all have it where we have this little voice where we feel our gut reacting to something, whether it be positively or negatively.

sometimes we choose to listen to it. And sometimes we choose to fight it or not listen to it because we think it might be embarrassing or because, you know, it doesn't seem possible.

Or whatever, but it's when we are much more attuned into ourself and we take action on that that, as you say, you sort of create those miracles.

@26:44 - Sophia_MacBook

Yes. Okay. So maybe I could give you a couple of examples. Please. Okay. So, okay, generate my my belief, my ontology.

is that there's this divine intelligence divine wisdom that knows what's best for us better than we do and communicates with us either via dreams or meeting a stranger that just happens to say exactly what you needed to hear or puts coincidences in our paths as nudging to go because this this this wisdom wants us to to be happy and to find our true purpose so it's this it's like a it when it when the coincidence is put in our path and we take action what happens is we co-create the miracle and so so okay so I'm gonna I also believe that one miracle is not bigger

less than another miracle. I feel that they're all the same strength, let's call it, you know? So, okay, so these two miracles happened to provide what I needed for my wedding, okay?

So the first one is I call my girlfriend, I'm calling my girlfriend, and a man answers, it's not her husband.

So I go, Anne, is Anne there? And this guy recognizes my voice and he goes, Sophia, it's Jerry, you called me, you called me.

Look, I'm really late for a meeting. Can I call you later? And he has an accent, so I know who this person is.

It was somebody, an acquaintance, a social acquaintance. And I just couldn't believe that in all of Philadelphia, you know,

this dial. I said, Jerry, promise me you're going to call me. You have to call me. Okay, you promise me.

I promise. I said, before you go, what's your telephone number? So I had miss dialed the last digit. And I got this guy who happened for a pretty just within just a few four or five years owned the Barkley Hotel in Philadelphia, old world, beautiful old world hotel that later became a condo condos.

so Frank and I decided we're going to get married on the 4th of July and the wedding was 4th October.

So that's three months. All the venues were, you know, like taken and musicians and photographers, but you know, I thought, oh, well, you know, we'll get a friend or we'll do this.

And And he called me, he called me, and as a result of that convergence, let's call it, he gave me the the ballroom at the Barclay for free.

And he threw in, which was grand, and threw in two nights at the presidential seat.

@30:25 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

Wow.

@30:26 - Sophia_MacBook

Okay. So that's number one. And number two, and then you have to tell me which, which one each of you thinks is stranger.

Okay, so I get a call from this woman who said that she found my driver's license in Rittenhouse Square.

Well, that's pretty, you know, close to my house. And, and she said, how, how can I return it to you?

Well, it turns out she only lived two blocks away. So I said, Oh, just put it through the mail slot.

She She writes a nice little note. and her boyfriend go to Oregon every year, and she loves Oregon because the license plate was an Oregon license plate.

So, okay, great. Two months later, same woman calls and says, I know you're going to think this is a little strange, but I just found your ATM card.

Now, I don't lose cards, but I would go to this one ATM machine that would spit out the card right away, and then I would put it in my bag.

But this time, I went to another ATM that kept the card until the end, when it says, would you like another transaction?

Well, thinking that I had already put the card away, I walked away so that the next person can just wipe out my whole bank account.

Well, it was the same woman. And she said, I just couldn't believe it. I said, well, I can't believe it.

She said, would you like me to put it through your mail slot? I go, no, we have to meet.

You and I have to meet. have to come to my studio. So she comes to my studio. I had this handmade soap from Oregon to thank her.

This lovely young woman. Turns out she's a concert violinist. And as a result of that meeting, she got her friend, who's a classical guitarist, and they played my favorite concerto, Concerto de la Juarez, as I walked down the aisle, as a wedding gift.

@32:48 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

That's so beautiful.

@32:50 - Sophia_MacBook

So which one do you think is weirder?

@32:55 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

You know what, I think it's all part of the same path. It's all part of it. It's all part of the same path of the miracle because it's all tied together.

So I think it's one end of same.

@33:07 - Sophia_MacBook

Okay. All right. Um, though they were two different events, but what I would like your audience to take away is how easy it would have been when he, when Jerry said, I promise, I'll call you, I'll call you later to say, you don't have to, but this was an accident.

I mean, it's wild, but an accident. And how easy would it have been for me to when this woman asked, can I put it through your, um, your bail slot go?

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just put it through my mail slot. Thank you so much. But it was bigger than me.

There was no, well, should I pros and cons? It was just immediate. It was, and this is where the communication happens through our intuition.

So it was my intuition that took over and and the more that this happens and your intuition has proven to be right, the more you trust the intuition.

And then you end up with this faith where you don't worry about anything because even obstacles, I can't tell you how many times I have said, God, why are you doing this to me?

You know, like some guy I was in love with, know, wouldn't like appear or whatever. Well, all those guys that I was in love with that wouldn't, you know, engage with me, they went to prison, they got sick, they died, they went mentally ill.

So I thanked God for those obstacles. So you get to a point where, oh, well, know, it's a lesson.

I must say that there's a there's another event and I won't go into it. It's in the book But it is truly remarkable because I left my husband because of his anger issues, you know childhood traumas and I Got to the point.

I moved out and in with my friend and I did not want to see this man ever in my life again and And Within two months.

Okay, so I was gone for six months the last two months three Amazingly remarkable coincidences happen like unbelievable that worked To bring us back together and that was 2009 and he has not had one anger episode since

completely transformed and I, I'm married to my dream guy.

@36:09 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

And so curious as to what those three things are. I have to read the book.

@36:16 - Sophia_MacBook

As I'm sure a lot of our audience is curious too, so they'll Okay, so I didn't know how to write a book and I'll tell you I did have help from my spirit guides and people here on earth.

It's amazing and I tried to put those in the first book. So there were so many things that I went back and I plucked out all the things that had to do with death and so those

events include after-death communication. So, what's happened is that at first, these scientists were absolutely interested in the first book.

coincidence seems to be trending now. I knew that scientists studied consciousness, but I had no idea that they also studied coincidence.

And there's this outfit out of the UK called the Scientific and Medical Network. People should look them up. So, it's a group of esteemed scientists that study paranormal events.

So, the executive director invited me to be part of this group of scientists as the only non-scientist, non-academic. And they asked me to help plan and participate in the, it was called the Synchronicity Summit.

And so I, you know, I could say whatever I want, you know, because I'm not a PhD, but anyway it was just really interesting and it was so well received that they actually are publishing.

They have published, they already published this book. I have not gotten it yet. And my essay is chapter 17.

And the title of the book is the playful universe. So, and everybody else has all these long citations and I don't have any because, you know, these are just my experiences.

But you know, I decided that they need me as much as I need them. Okay. So I need them because being in the company of such esteemed scientists, my experiences are validated.

But my experiences validate the research. So it's like, look at this little ordinary lady. I mean, these things that we're studying are happening to her.

So it's a symbiotic kind of relationship. And what I found interesting was that the scientists that were interested in the first book just had no interest in the second one, the consciousness beyond death through stories of messages and timing.

so now I see why. So I don't know if you've heard of this neurosurgeon. His name is Dr. Eben Alexander, who wrote Proof of Heaven.

Oh, okay. So, you know, it's a bestseller. And he wrote, he read my book and he loved it. And when he found out about the second book, he said, you know, can you send me the manuscript and I will, so I can endorse it.

So I sent him the manuscript and he writes back and he says, I'm sorry, I can't endorse your book because there's not sufficient discussion of consciousness.

Well, that is bogus because the entire forward was written by Dr. Deborah Green and I write about her in the first book.

She played, she played a role, a big role in one of those three, you know, coincidences that brought Dr.

Green and I together. And, and so I thought, but what it was it was code. It was code for, oh, I'm a scientist.

I can nearly die, go to heaven, come back and write about my experience, because it's an NDE. And NDE's have been studied for decades.

But I can't touch your book with a 10-foot pole. Well, lucky for me, just before publication of the book, it became an official scientific field of study, ADC, after-death communication.

Now they're all interested in my book.

@41:38 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

What was the first, the organization that you mentioned?

@41:43 - Sophia_MacBook

The Scientific and Medical Network. And we're having a book launch, the 26th and the 27th. And then I'm a panelist on that book launch as well.

talking I've been thinking through my life and so many big coincidences and miracles and things and I've always thought of them as you know miracles and coincidences and listening to my little voice and sort of synchronicity and those sorts of things but you know as I as you were talking more and more of them were popping into my mind and I was really realizing just how many of them that they're being yes you would be surprised you are surprised and I'm sure that your audience also feels the same way and I wanted to to give two more examples of after-death communication and and you can tell me what you think of these things and I'm going to tell you these two events because they're not in the book they happened after publication so they happened in the last couple of years of the year.

So, the first one that I'm going to tell you, which I'm going to also talk about at the book launch, I was at the eye surgeons and I told her about my book.

And she said, well, I have a story for you. And you would be surprised how many of these pop up, you know?

And this story is unsolicited, spontaneous intervention, okay? And I'll tell you what's really amazing. So I said, oh, go ahead, you know?

And she says, well, my husband and I had to go to a gala. And I did not want to go to this gala.

I was dead tired after a whole day of surgeries. But we had to go to the gala. And afterwards I had to drive the babysitter home because it's my husband's rule.

will never be alone with a female babysitter. So she says, I'm heading back home. And all of a sudden I heard my grandmother scream, wake up.

And she goes, I came to and I'm heading into a brick wall. And she was able to break and save her life.

So what I find fascinating about this story is that she was unconscious. She was asleep at the wheel. So this had nothing to do with, could it be a dream?

It could be, but as my title includes timing. The timing was just in the nick of time. Okay. So that's one.

The other one is is much more recent. So, it was about five months ago that I lost one of my oldest and dearest friends in the whole world, and it was a heart attack.

And I was so fortunate that we had this wonderful FaceTime visit two days before, and she told me that she loved me and that I'm her sister.

And this woman was just this global person. She was East Indian, but raised in South Africa. Her brothers were in Australia, so she would visit often.

Her undergraduate degree was University of Edinburgh, PhD here at the University of Pennsylvania. And I mean, she was just this adventurous spirit.

And that's how I'm dealing with it, is like, well, she just went on another adventure. I get to meet up with her when it's my time.

So about a month ago, I'm walking down the street thinking of her and just like she was here, know, and, and then I thought to myself, I went, Pushpa?

I said, look, anybody's going to give me a sign. It's you. I said, maybe it's too soon. But when you're ready, you're giving me a sign.

The very next morning, I get a Facebook friend request. Okay, now it's happened. It's happened a few times where I get a friend request from somebody who's already a friend.

Like somebody's hacking or something. But the very next morning from over over 500 friends. I get a friend request from Pushpa.

So that is the magic. It is the timing. So there's no doubt. And I am so convinced that when we die we simply shed our bodies and we are as conscious as we are here right now.

@47:34 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

What is that thing or the catalyst that fuel your intuition?

@47:46 - Sophia_MacBook

I'm sorry, free will? No, fuel your intuition. Okay, well, it's practice. You know, as I said, know, as you're directed, you know, people know whether this is good or bad or holy or evil.

People know. And when you act and then you get what you need, well, you say thank you. You say thank you.

I go around saying thank you all day long. In fact, in the first book, because it's a memoir, it's basically pretty chronological.

But there are two chapters that one is titled Please, which is about prayer. And the other is thank you, which is about gratitude.

And I want people to know that these books... books. The motivation is absolutely not in trying to convince someone of my belief system.

It's just that, well, this is what's worked for me, period. Go make up your own prayers, you know? And so the miracles in those chapters are more thematic, but there's just no there's just no doubt.

And it's it's very hopeful because you know what that means, that when it's our turn to make the transition, we get to communicate with our loved ones that we've left behind too.

@49:45 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Thank you for that. Did I hear confidence, confidence in your intuition or in your that ability to know that this is this is something that I need to

act on, so confidence, action, and then gratitude.

@50:05 - Sophia_MacBook

Yes, like the first, you know, my miracle when I was 19 that ended up solving my problems, I woke up in the middle of the night terrified of my imminent death.

And I don't know what kicked my gut to get up at 1.30 in the morning and go to this man's house and have him decipher the dream.

Basically changed everything. So yeah, I, maybe there are people who might be a little more fearful, but I would experiment, you know, like, okay, should I or should not?

And, and then if the answer is yes, Well, you go do it. I don't think that everything I've wanted has come to pass.

know, I mean, it's not like, you know, I just ask, but, but, you know, it's always, so one thing I would, I'll, I'll, one little add-on prayer that everybody can use, like when they ask for something, um, because our will is not always working well for us.

know? Um, so you, you ask for what you want, and then you say, or what is best for me?

Or what is best? Okay. Because I will tell you, I have strong will. I did not want to get married.

I did not want children. And I absolutely found the idea of writing a book exceptionally unspoken. savory. Okay. And yet, so I was successful, successful being single until the age of 45.

And then my will was to leave my husband. And then the universe said no. And put these amazing coincidences that defied my will.

In 2011, one of my mentors, Father Stephen, who's the closest thing to Jesus, he opens up these youth shelters, shelters for homeless youth.

It's called the Covenant House. As a result of him introducing me to this lovely girl who was 18 at the time, it was just magic.

Anyway, we adopted her. And she's from Turkey. And she is now living the life of her dreams. She's married to this Greek architect living in Greece.

We just went to see them and has this top job at Pfizer and it's just, and Mother's Day is my new favorite holiday, okay?

So how does that work? And then I wrote two books.

@53:22 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

So it's sometimes we have to get out of our own way and be ready to take the opportunities that present themselves and be open to it.

@53:33 - Sophia_MacBook

Exactly. That's exactly right because I am, I can honestly say that I am sublimely happy and I don't think I would have reigned in this glowing happiness had those things not occurred.

the marriage and the getting back together. That's very prominent. My daughter and my books. And then, you know, you don't worry about them.

just, I'm not worried about whether these books are going to sell or not. mean, the podcasts really do translate in some sales, but it's the energy.

Why should I worry about something that I don't even know how it happened, you know? You just, so I just feel very, very fortunate and I just want people to know that these things are accessible to everyone.

And now, now the scientists are catching up to us.

@54:54 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

Thank you so much for sharing so much of yourself and your journey and Helping our listeners learn how to listen for those little voices and look for those coincidences, miracles, and to be thankful when they occur, whether they're little things or big things.

And as you say, sort of that learning to keep looking for it and keep building it and gain more and more confidence so that you can shape your life and transform it into what you want it to.

@55:29 - Sophia_MacBook

To be well said.

@55:37 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Thank you so much, Sophie. I where can we join your book launch? it virtual? it in person?

@55:51 - Sophia_MacBook

Yes, it's virtual. And I would go on to. you. I would, I don't know what their. Well, I would look up the scientific and medical network, get on their website, and it's there.

It's there when the schedule and everything. And also, people can go on my website, which is my name, SophiaDies.com, and if you make it to the website.

There, I suggest, strongly suggest that people go on my influencers page, and it's eight people that I have had personal contact with that I consider to be mentors.

And Father Steven is there, but if you're only going to read one blurb, you have to read Abbess Amelia Knees' blurb.

Okay, you can't mess her. She's the, she's the nun. And she is, it's a first, for people who are interested in mysticism, it's a first-hand account of viral location.

Just remarkable.

@57:16 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

And that's by Abis.

@57:19 - Sophia_MacBook

Abis Amenyani. I mean, you know, she has the habit on, there she is.

@57:25 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Okay. Okay. Thank you so much.

@57:30 - Sophia_MacBook

Thank you. This was wonderful.

@57:33 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

It was. was. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, your experience. I'm going to get your book. I really want to read the first one.

@57:45 - Sophia_MacBook

I think the second one is not out yet.

@57:48 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

No, it is.

@57:49 - Sophia_MacBook

It is? Okay. was out September of 23. Okay.

@57:54 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

A year ago. Exactly. Okay. So, but I really want to read the, you know, the fine instructions of coincidence.

would you like to leave anything else with us and our listeners before you go?

@58:20 - Sophia_MacBook

No, no, just just the simple idea that extraordinary things do happen to ordinary people.

@58:33 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Before we end, you think we all have different divine language of coincidence?

@58:45 - Sophia_MacBook

Well, again, I will go back to, I think upbringing has a a lot to do with it. Now there, there have been instances of where an atheist

has had a transformation, know, like growing up with parents that have no spiritual bones in their bodies, you know, one such person is Francis Collins.

And Francis Collins got the, his team got the Nobel Prize for decoding the DNA. And he went from an avowed atheist to a Bible book.

And he wrote this book, The Language of God. And because decoding the DNA made him, to him, it was a miracle.

And so, you know, these things can't be accidents, you know. So everyone has their own language. But the way it's developed, and you know, language can be a problem in the experience.

material world. In fact, in my first book, I have a glossary of my terminology. So because it's very, these are, there's not that many words that represent material things, you know.

So, yeah. And then, and, but we can always learn another language.

@1:00:23 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)

Thank you. Thank you. We're gonna end now, or else I'll have questions and keep you beyond your time. I hope that we can extend an invitation for you to return at a later because you still have not shared everything with us.

I love your wisdom. love your intuition. And I'm sure that what we are feeling on screen, our listeners will be able to experience it audibly.

So thank you so much.

@1:01:00 - Mitzy Dadoun www.YourAITeachers.com

Sophia. Thank you.

@1:01:04 - Sharmin Prince (ifioma@gmail.com)
