(24:02) I'm going to invite you back for us to discuss this particular topic further in depth. (24:12) Okay, I'd love that. (24:13) I think it's important for others to hear and get an understanding because I don't think everyone have a clear definition of the purpose. (24:29) So moving right along or back to our discussion, you mentioned connection with God and then God a few times.
(24:41) But let's say I am a client who comes to you in need of advice because I am spiritually connected and I feel unworthy of self-love. (24:56) How would you advise or encourage me?

(25:04) Well, I'd like to hear a little bit more of your history and what your current habits are. (25:12) What are your thoughts about yourself and about other people? (25:15) What are your relationships like? (25:17) What's your external experience like?
(25:22) I mean, that would just have to be like an analysis of getting to know each other at first. (25:28) I always suggest meditation and meditation and gratitude are the hugest things. (25:33) You know, we, um, I even forget myself too. (25:37) There are times, you know, if I'm having a hard time, I forget to be grateful, what to be grateful for, because in reality, there is a lot more good going on than bad.
(25:48) And our psychology, the way that we're in a society that diverts us from the majesty of being a human being and being a human being is an extremely amazing experience. (25:59) In the spirit world, They're nothing but love. (26:02) They experience nothing but joy and love and freedom and abundance. (26:06) They don't have physical bodies though, so they can't experience the physical things that we do.
(26:11) And there are billions of cells within each individual human being. (26:16) So even if someone has a million problems, they have a billion more things to be grateful for. (26:21) And I'm not saying it can come off as toxic positivity. (26:25) I think it's really, really important to um be aware of what someone is experiencing and what they're feeling and to honor ourselves and not to blame oneself and not to shame themselves or blame or shame anyone else and a big portion of our human experience is through our
(26:43) responsibility of our emotions and if we don't know how to regulate our emotions and we're gonna experience all kinds of difficult things. (26:52) And meditation and gratitude are two things that can definitely change our perspective on a lot of things in our individual life experience, because our life is so short. (27:03) And many of us, we experience so much pain. (27:06) I feel like I've experienced more pain than joy as a human being.
(27:10) And I have experienced a lot of pain at the hands of other people, but it's usually that doesn't last longer. (27:21) My pain is longer for my memory of it. (27:25) That makes sense. (27:29) And it's just releasing that.
(27:30) It takes time. (27:31) This is kind of a complex thing. (27:33) And I think it's just being gentle, meditation, gratitude, and just really being gentle on oneself and forgiving oneself.
