394 Embracing the Collective Genius - Lynn Margherio

She is a leader in the fields of social justice and children’s issues, Lynn Margherio is the Founder and CEO of Cradles to Crayons. She leads this national non-profit which provides children living in low-income with everyday essentials – including new or gently-used clothing, shoes, winter coats, diapers, backpacks, and school supplies. To date, the organization has served 3 Million children and does an amazing job in serving the mission even though it is estimated that 20 million children are affected by lack of appropriate clothing.

Lynn  provides some different ways in which organisations can help in their community and provide a new level of purpose to their teams. Its a great insight into how
