The one I want to speak to on MondayMentoring let's talk about empowering our teams. Erin believes that for a leader to empower their team, they must also, in fact, feel empowered. That's so true, but a leader also needs to relinquish to need to be in control... or at least the perception of being in control.
And that can be a challenge for some leaders. The need to feel in control is something driven by a leaders ego or from a lack of trust of their team. That's challenging. The development of yourself as an authentic leader really helps drive you away from the ego and brings about a changed perspective
Now is the time for you to take control of your leadership growth in this disruptive world we navigate. Our aim is to help you become the best leader you need to be today by providing you access to global leaders and experts.
