The Ghost of Bertha Mae is a thrilling tale that begins in Selma, Alabama in the 1960s. One night Frederick Jr. intervene, when one of Bertha Mae’s many male visitors tried raping Rose Marie at age fourteen.
After Bertha Mae died, Rose Marie found a letter, learning that her birth name was Yvette, not Rose Marie. A letter filled with no remorse.
Evette moves to Seattle, an excellent student, attends college and meets David who falls deeply in love with her and later asks to marry her. Afterward, Bertha Mae begins to haunt her to take her body and live again. Will Yvette free herself from her evil mother’s horrible grip. Will David stand by her? Will she live?
