Are you curious about the health coaching field and if it could help you on your quest for whole health but aren’t sure what a health coach actually does? Health coaches often work with clients on issues such as weight management, stress reduction, nutrition, exercise, and chronic disease management. They may also provide support for behavior change, goal setting, and overcoming obstacles that may be preventing clients from reaching their health goals.

In this episode, The concept of mindful multitasking is a crucial skill to develop, especially for individuals over the age of 40 who may find it challenging to stay focused and healthy in today's fast-paced world. By practicing mindfulness while juggling multiple tasks, one can enhance their ability to concentrate, manage stress, and maintain overall well-being.

Introduction to Menopause for Thoughts Program: In this episode, I will be discussing my health coaching program, the Menopause for Thoughts Program. This program is designed to provide support and guidance to women going through the challenging phase of menopause. Menopause can bring about a range of physical and emotional changes, and it is important to have the right tools and resources to navigate through this transition period.

Understanding Perimenopause: What to Expect Perimenopause is the period leading up to menopause when a woman's body begins to produce less estrogen and progesterone. This hormonal shift can lead to a range of symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, irregular periods, and sleep disturbances. While these symptoms can be disruptive and uncomfortable, it is important for women to understand that they are a natural part of the aging process. And that you are not alone
